Chicago Native, Sports Enthusiast and US Marine, Bill Defries opened Centerville Beef O'Brady's in 2004 and the Beavercreek location in 2006. The fifth annivesary of the Centerville location was celebrated in 2009 with Beef's first 5k race.

 

Bill brought his love for his hometown and his Irish heritage to Dayton through the design and decor of the Centerville location.

 

Bill is dedicated to community efforts and gives back by providing a central location for fundraisers and charitable events.
